At Nytwear Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Eligibility: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. For items returned after 14 days but within 30 days, you may receive a partial refund or exchange.
Exclusions: Customised or personalised items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@nytwear.com. Provide a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
